Shipping Policy

Where we ship. PulseFuel ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Please use a street address for delivery, UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Carrier and rates. Orders ship UPS Ground from our warehouse in Cartersville, Georgia. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address, so the rate you see is the real rate for your shipment.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and handed to UPS within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. UPS Ground usually delivers within 1 to 5 business days after your order ships, depending on how far you are from Georgia. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on the way.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or 888-952-7030 and we will make it right.
